We offer sizes from 1/8” – 6”in a variety of products including Imperial & Metric sizes, Virgin or Anti-Static Liners, single or multiple braids.
Our ex-stock items include traditional smooth bore hose, high pressure gas hose, a range of convoluted type products & ultra hygienic flexible smooth bore hose.
If you are a self assembler then we have a compatible ferrule for you, our mild steel ferrules comply with the most recent Euro legislations and are non-chromium VI compliant and heat treated to avoid fatigue and ‘stressing’ in arduous applications.
All of these hose are offered in assembled form including our ‘Premier’ hose brands for the process industry - Coreflex, Convoflex & Smoothflex.<insert brand logos>
These Premier hoses are offered with a multitude of optional braids, sleevings, vulcanised coverings including hygienic wipeable silicone, EPDM & Fire-proof EPDM.
The range of offered fittings is endless but you can be assured that whatever your requirements we will find a solution that suits you.
Typical stock fittings are common flange types such as BS4504, ASA, DIN, PN. Threaded fittings choose from BSP, JIC, NPT, Metric.
Hygienic couplings such as Tri-Clover, DIN,SMS,IDF, RJT.
Materials available are All grades of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Hastelloy, Monel, Brass, Polypropylene.
We offer full ‘in-house’ testing and marking facilities and can offer a full traceability package compliant with the requirements of BS EN 10204:2004 & CE approval.
Our goods are packed using the latest Instapak injection foam system and high performance air void fillers ensuring your precious cargo arrives with you in the same high quality condition it left us.
Xtraflex has a unique and long standing relationship with UPS couriers and can provide a ‘real time’ internet based tracking system should you require a stage by stage trace on your shipments journey.
Our team of highly experience staff have over 40 years of knowledge in PTFE markets and assembly and truly understand the meaning of the word SERVICE.
We can offer same day or 24 hour turnaround if required on our standard range of products.
